Payment Policy
All patients pay for their services at
the time of the appointment. Receipts are given weekly for all office
visits. Chiropractic visits are reimbursable through most insurance
providers. Dr. Berkowitz does not participate with any HMO's.
Dr. Berkowitz does not accept Credit
Cards at this time.
